Billy Boy Le Nouveau Theatre de la Mode Barbie was sold at a fashion tour created by Billy Boy and sponsored by Mattel. The exhibition toured France via train and featured Barbie dolls wearing outfits designed by leading designers of the time. Billy Boy designed this doll and one other for Mattel (Feelin’ Groovy). Le Nouveau Theatre de la Mode Barbiedoll has versions with and without black nail polish.
