Hawaiian Fun Barbie (wearing a special sash) was used as the 1992 Grants A Wish fundraising doll. She was also accessorized and used as the 1991 Modern Doll Convention Summer Fun Las Vegas doll. In 1993, she was also packaged with extra fashions in two Dressing Fun Lots of Fashion Gift Sets, #9518 and #9519.
