This page shows the Safari Surprise mommy plush released by the toy line Just Play. They could come with three, four, or five babies tucked in their tummy pouches (putting the surprise in “Safari Surprise”).
This line provides an entirely new category (one not seen in the vintage run) and set of face molds. It was only sold in Walmart, and to my knowledge, you could really only get them on the Walmart website (I never saw them in physical stores).
