Desert Rose was released as a single in 2004. She is a Sparkle Pony in the Friendship Ball series. She is in the Wysteria pose.
In 2006, she was released again in the Crystal Slipper Princess set as part of the Crystal Princess series. This version has a head that can turn and white eyes.
