This version of Fluttershy was first released in 2003 as a single. She is in the Sunshower pose.
In 2004, she was released again in a Target exclusive three pack with Toola-Roola and Baby Pink Sunsparkle.
In 2008, the three pack was released again in some countries. This version of Fluttershy has a smaller body and a white magnet cap instead of a pink magnet in her foot.
In 2019, Basic Fun released a retro Fluttershy.
There are two other G3 Fluttershy ponies released in other poses. One was released in 2006 in the January Carnation pose, and the other in 2005 in the Kimono pose. The Fluttershy character was redesigned and is one of the main characters in the G4/Friendship is Magic My Little Pony line.
