Peach Surprise was released in 2005 with Tea Lily. She was originally an Avon exclusive. The same set was later available from JC Penney. The ponies from this set are prone to having their hair become brittle and break/fall out.
In 2006, Peach Surprise was released again in the Sleepover Dreams set with Tea Lily and Sweetberry. The hair on these ponies seems to fare better.
