This version of Toola-Roola was released in 2008 as part of the 25th Birthday Celebration series. She is a Dress Up Pony in the Cheerilee pose.
Toola-Roola was first released in 2004 in the Sparkleworks pose, and she was released a second time in 2005 in the Minty pose. After these first two releases, she was redesigned and this version was released, in addition to many different versions in the Twinkle Hope pose.
