Each Mixie has a code that can be used to identify them before purchase. The code is a series of characters on the bottom of the cauldon. The codes are 9 characters long (unless you are looking at a limited edition or mega pack cauldron). The numbers that are important for reading the codes are the 4th and 7th character. Ex. _ _ _ #_ _ # _ _
