We have established that regular babies are larger than babies that were designed to be runts. It is also interesting to note that the babies that came released in a single pack (not with a mother) are larger than the regular babies. Here is a size comparison between a single release baby, a normal size baby from inside a mom, and a runt. While the single release and the regular release babies are in every other way identical and technically the same baby, there is a noticeable difference in size.
