The Barbie Rollerblade series was copyrighted in 1991 and released in 1992. The series includes Barbie, Christie, Teresa, Kira, and Ken. Their rollerblades were designed to create a spark when rolled, which led to a few fire-like situations and a pretty unsuccessful recall for the year (unsuccessful in that these dolls were and are still widely available).
