The Barbie Jewel ‘n Glitter series was copyrighted and released in 1993. Like the Paint ‘n Dazzle dolls from the same year, the Jewel ‘n Glitter dolls came packaged with tulip paint and other craft store staples to decorate their outfits with classic 90s style. However, the Jewel ‘n Glitter dolls were released primarily to international (non-U.S.) markets.
