The Secret Hearts series was copyrighted in 1992 and released in 1993. The dolls in this series include Barbie (in Caucasian and AA versions) and Ken (in two different head molds / hair colors). Barbie wears a dress with a “magical effect” – hearts appear on the ruffles when ice is applied. That’s what puts the secret in Secret Hearts.
