In 2019 there was a styling contest at the Kith Soho store where customers, by appointment, could use provided Barbie-sized fashions and accessories to design looks for a Barbie doll. Fashion influencers were consulted to choose the finalists from these entries, and then the finalists were put to an online vote. The winning doll was sold in limited quantities in late 2021 / early 2022.
