The Ghoulia Yelps’ Scooter playset was released in 2012. It was released both by itself and with an exclusive Ghoulia Yelps doll (at Toysrus). The Ghoulia Yelps doll was made in China. The scooter came with a helmet for Ghoulia, helmet for Sir Hoots A Lot, drink, and backpack. The release that included a Ghoulia doll also included a Sir Hoots A Lot.
