Basic Fun released reproduction ponies starting in 2017, for the 35th anniversary of My Little Pony. In 2020, Basic Fun released Sparkler. This Sparkler can be found in two variants: one with red in the tail and a mane with two color partitions (purple then red), and another with no red in the tail and a red stripe in the middle of the mane surrounded by two strips of purple (closer to the vintage pony hair pattern).
