Princess Pristina was released in 1988. She came with a pink crown clip, dark pink wand, blue comb, and a pink ribbon with gold trim. In the UK, parts of Princess Pristina were used with parts of other ponies (usually Princess and Happy Tails ponies) to create strange variant ponies. These are known as Princess variants.
