Butterscotch was first released in 2003 as a single. She is in the Wysteria pose. She was later included as a bonus pony with Minty or Sparkleworks. The hoof heart on this version can be found on different legs. The eyes on this version are more caramel colored.
In 2004, she was released again in the Berry Pickin’ Fun set. This version has her hoof heart on her back foot and brown eyes.
In 2005, Butterscotch was released in an Easter egg. The hoof heart on this version is on a back foot and she has caramel eyes.
Also in 2005, Butterscotch was released in the Super Sundaes Ice Cream Parlor. This version has brown eyes. She is very similar or identical to the Berry Pickin’ Fun version.
