Sew-and-So was first released in 2004 as a single. Later in 2004, she was released in a three pack with Keen Bean and Tink-a-Tink-a-Too. In 2005, she was released at discount stores in the Picnic Fun set.
Also in 2005, another version of Sew-and-So was released in the Seaside Celebration set. This one has a matte body. She is distinctly different so she has her own post.
In 2007, she was released as a bonus with Sing & Dance Pinkie Pie. This version is slightly smaller, has darker purple hair, and brighter blue in her eyes and symbol than the original Sew-and-So.
In 2008, Sew-and-So was released again in the same three pack as she was in 2004. In this release, she had no hoof heart and no magnet.
