This version of Toola-Roola was released in 2009. She is a Dress Up Pony in the Twinkle Hope pose.
Toola-Roola was first released in 2004 in the Sparkleworks pose, and she was released a second time in 2005 in the Minty pose. After these first two releases, she was redesigned, and many different versions of her were released in the Twinkle Hope pose and one in the Cheerilee pose.
