Triple Treat is in the Rainbow Dash pose and was first released as a single in 2004. The single version has an orange ice cream cone on her symbol and her eye star is towards the bottom of her eye. Her hairline starts back between her ears.
Triple Treat was also released in the Costco exclusive Ponyville Tea Party set in 2004. The Costco version’s eye star is in the corner of her eye. Her symbol has a yellow ice cream cone instead of the orange of the original. Her hairline also starts lower, more on her forehead compared to the original releases.
Also in 2004, Triple Treat was released in the Celebration Salon bonus pack. She has the same eye star placement as the Ponyville Tea Party release (in the corner of her eye). Her hair starts much lower than both of the other releases (halfway down her forehead) and she has a different hair pattern (dark pink, light pink, light yellow, yellow).
In addition to these variations, Triple Treat has two other releases in other poses. One was released in 2005 in the Sweet Breeze pose, and the other in 2007 in the Twinkle Hope pose.
