Pet #569 came as a bonus to the Biggest Littlest Pet Shop playset in Australia.

Pet #569 was duplicated as a promo pet available from Chinese sellers on ebay, but #569 has the correct LPS texture, as opposed to the solid glossy texture of the promo. There are color differences between them as well, and the head of the promo is smaller. The Chinese promo is pictured on the left, and #569 is on the right.
