Baby Starburst was released in 1989 and is a Fancy Pants Baby. She came with a stacking toy, sippy cup, blue dish, yellow spoon, yellow duck comb, yellow neck ribbon, and purple ribbon. Her U.S. release was made in Thailand. In European countries she can be found made in China. That variation has yellow in her hair. She is in the Baby Blossom Pose.
