Swirly Whirly was released in 1988 and is a Sundae Best Pony. She has a version made in Hong Kong and a version made in China. She came with a pink lollipop barrette, light pink comb, and teal ribbon. In Germany, she was released with teal hair and was made in China. She is in the Minty Pose.
