Coco Berry was released in 1988 and is a Sundae Best Pony. She came with a green lollipop barrette, purple comb, and a pink ribbon. In the United States she was made in Hong Kong. This version has pink hair that fades to white. In Europe, she can be found made in China. That version has pink hair that does not fade. In Germany, Coco Berry can be found with purple hair. Coco Berry was also released in another country (Spain) where she was produced by a company other than Hasbro. Official ponies produced by other companies in different countries are known as Nirvanas. Spanish ponies can be stamped “Spain” or they can have no country stamp/a scratched blank hoof (they are then called “No Country” ponies, or still Spain ponies depending on the collector).
