Spring Fever is in the Kimono pose. She was first released in 2003 as an International Single. This version has mostly pink hair with two small yellow stripes with a small strip of green in between them.
Also in 2003, Spring Fever was released in the Tea Party set. This set was exclusive to KB Toys. She is different from her earlier release in that she has a lighter symbol and her hair is in evenly divided stripes.
In 2005, Spring Fever was released as a bonus pony with Blossomforth at Toysrus Stores. She has the same lighter symbol as the Tea Party Spring Fever but her hair pattern is more like the single release.
In 2008, the Spring Fever bonus pack was released again. This time she has no hoof heart and a white magnet cap instead of a pink magnet in her foot. She is also smaller and has a brighter body color, and her eyeliner is black instead of dark navy.
