Twinkler was released in 1989 and is a Sparkle Pony. She came with a blue moon comb. She can be found with hooves marked “Pat Pending” or without. This difference seems to correlate with a body color difference.
Twinkler was also released as a Mail Order pony. This version has an additional symbol on her cheek, and can also be found in Pat Pending or non-Pat Pending versions. She came with the same comb as the regular version, and also a light yellow ribbon with a gold trim.
