Even though they share the same stock number (#5745), the Redhead and Blonde variations are featured on their own pages.
As the name implies, Teen Talk dolls are talking dolls and each doll can say four phrases about school, shopping, parties, and activities (out of a sample of 270 possible phrases). Unfortunately, one of those phrases was “Math class is tough,” which was controversial and led to a bit of a recall / manufacturer exchange situation. The Teen Talk dolls came in several different language-speaking variations (English, German, Italian, etc).
The Brunette Teen Talk doll could come in four different outfits (blue hat, teal hat, pink hat, black hat) and four different faces (blue, blue-pink, green, and purple). Unlike the Blonde variation, the brunette only came with one hair style (curly). Based on research we have determined that each face wore each color outfit.
Therefore, there are technically sixteen possible Brunette Teen Talk combinations.
